Role Description

As a Directional Driller with ONSITE, you will be responsible for:

• Operating directional drilling equipment for underground utility installation
• Performing hydro-vacuum excavation and open trenching as required for telecom projects
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure efficient and safe completion of fiber optic and dry utility installations
• Adhering to safety guidelines and industry best practices at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience with underground dry utilities installation using directional drilling equipment
• Familiarity with telecommunications systems and plant construction preferred
• Ability to work in dynamic environments across multiple project sites throughout California
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
